目的：评价人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊联合坦索罗辛胶囊治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的疗效。方法：将60例诊断为ⅢB型前列腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为联合治疗组与单独治疗组，各30例。联合治疗组口服人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊2粒(每粒0.38 g)，2次/d；坦索罗辛0.2 mg，1次/d，疗程8周。单独治疗组仅口服坦索罗辛0.2 mg，1次/d，疗程相同。治疗前后填写美国国立卫生研究(NIH)院制定的慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分(NIH-CPSI)表。结果：联合治疗组与单独治疗组治疗前NIH-CPSI评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；与治疗前相比，联合治疗组与单独治疗组治疗后8周的NIH-CPSI评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，联合治疗组较单独治疗组改善更加明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗效果优于单独治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊联合坦索罗辛胶囊治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎比单用坦索罗辛疗效明显，并且对改善性功能有一定的辅助作用。
목적：평개인삼음양곽장용효낭연합탄색라신효낭치료ⅢB형전렬선염적료효。방법：장60례진단위ⅢB형전렬선염환자안조수궤수자표법분위연합치료조여단독치료조，각30례。연합치료조구복인삼음양곽장용효낭2립(매립0.38 g)，2차/d；탄색라신0.2 mg，1차/d，료정8주。단독치료조부구복탄색라신0.2 mg，1차/d，료정상동。치료전후전사미국국립위생연구(NIH)원제정적만성전렬선염증상지수평분(NIH-CPSI)표。결과：연합치료조여단독치료조치료전NIH-CPSI평분비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；여치료전상비，연합치료조여단독치료조치료후8주적NIH-CPSI평분비교，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)，연합치료조교단독치료조개선경가명현，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연합치료조치료효과우우단독치료조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：인삼음양곽장용효낭연합탄색라신효낭치료ⅢB형전렬선염비단용탄색라신료효명현，병차대개선성공능유일정적보조작용。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Ginseng Epimedium Enteric Capsule combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis.Method:60 cases with diagnosis of type ⅢB prostatitis were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the single treatment group,30 cases in each group.The combined treatment group oral Ginseng Epimedium Enteric Capsule 2 grain(each 0.38 grams),two times a day and Tamsulosin 0.2 mg,once a day,for 8 weeks.The single treatment group was given a single oral tamsulosin 0.2 mg,once a day,same treatment process as the combined treatment group.In accordance with U.S.National Institutes of Health(NIH),chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) score table was filled before and after treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference of NIH-CPSI score between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,there was significant difference of NIH-CPSI score between combined treatment group and single treatment group after 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05).The combined treatment group had a more obvious improvement than single treatment group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The therapy effect of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng Epimedium Enteric Capsule combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis compared with single using Tamsulosin has a obvious curative effect,and has a certain auxiliary effect on improving sexual function.
