以微波消解法测定柠檬酸中间品与成品中二氧化硅的含量,该方法操作简便、结果准确。柠檬酸中间品中含有二氧化硅,会对柠檬酸的结晶及柠檬酸产品的透光率造成影响,通过实验分析了消解剂和消解设备对二氧化硅测定的影响,并以微波消解法消除干扰因素。
以微波消解法測定檸檬痠中間品與成品中二氧化硅的含量,該方法操作簡便、結果準確。檸檬痠中間品中含有二氧化硅,會對檸檬痠的結晶及檸檬痠產品的透光率造成影響,通過實驗分析瞭消解劑和消解設備對二氧化硅測定的影響,併以微波消解法消除榦擾因素。

Microwave digestion method was provided a method for the determination of simple operation to measure the accurate result contains citric acid solid or liquid silica content .Citric acid intermediate con-tains silica ,which can influence the product rate of transparent crystal rate of citric acid and citric acid . The influence of silica measuring was analyzed from digesting agent and digesting equipment through the experiment ,microwave digestion method was taken to eliminate the interference in silica measuring .
