目的：观察硝苯地平控释片联合吲达帕胺治疗老年高血压临床疗效及安全性。方法96例老年高血压中、重度患者随机分为两组，每组各48例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片30～60mg，1次／日，观察组给予硝苯地平控释片30～60mg＋吲达帕胺2．5mg，1次／日，疗程均为8周。观察两组降压疗效及药物不良反应的发生情况，两组治疗前和治疗后分别检测空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血肌酐、血钾、钠和氯。结果观察组患者总有效率为95．8％，对照组患者总有效率为79．2％，差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压较治疗前明显降低，且低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。两组不良反应轻，无严重不良反应发生。两组治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血肌酐、血钾、血钠和血氯无统计学差异。结论硝苯地平控释片联用吲达帕胺治疗老年高血压中、重度患者，降压效果显著，对空腹血糖血、血脂、血尿酸、血肌酐、血钾、血钠和血氯无明显不良影响，值得临床推广和使用。

목적：관찰초분지평공석편연합신체파알치료노년고혈압림상료효급안전성。방법96례노년고혈압중、중도환자수궤분위량조，매조각48례。대조조급여초분지평공석편30～60mg，1차／일，관찰조급여초분지평공석편30～60mg＋신체파알2．5mg，1차／일，료정균위8주。관찰량조강압료효급약물불량반응적발생정황，량조치료전화치료후분별검측공복혈당、혈지、혈뇨산、혈기항、혈갑、납화록。결과관찰조환자총유효솔위95．8％，대조조환자총유효솔위79．2％，차이구유현저적통계학의의（P＜0．05）。관찰조치료후수축압、서장압교치료전명현강저，차저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。량조불량반응경，무엄중불량반응발생。량조치료전후공복혈당、혈지、혈뇨산、혈기항、혈갑、혈납화혈록무통계학차이。결론초분지평공석편련용신체파알치료노년고혈압중、중도환자，강압효과현저，대공복혈당혈、혈지、혈뇨산、혈기항、혈갑、혈납화혈록무명현불량영향，치득림상추엄화사용。
Objectives Observe safety and clinical efficacy of Nifedipine and Indapamide treatment of senile hyperten-sion.Methods 96 cases of elderly patients with moderate and serve hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group with has 48 patients in each.The control group were treated with nifedipine 30~60mg, 1 time/day.Observation group received an extra 2.5mg indapamide treatment, 1 time/day, on the basis of the control group.Both of treatments were last for 8 weeks.Observations of clinical efficacy and adverse reaction between the two groups including fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, u-ric acid, creatinine, potassium, sodium and chloride were recorded.Results The total efficiency of observation group is 95.8%while control group is 79.2%, the difference between the two groups is statistically reliable.After treatment, Observation group’s systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that before treatment, and also lower than the control group, the difference was statistically reliable (P<0.05).Before and after treatment, clinical efficacy of two groups including fast-ing blood glucose, blood lipids, uric acid, creatinine, potassium, sodium and chloride has no statistically significant difference while a mild adverse reaction is observed.Conclusions nifedipine indapamide has significant effect on the treatment of senile mod-erate, serve hypertension with no significant change in fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, uric acid, creatinine, potassium, sodium and chloride which is worthy of clinical use.
