统计显示，女性普遍比男性更长寿。两性进化过程中生存力、竞争力及生殖力之间的最优适合度平衡模型的建立提出女性适应能力和生理上的耐受力更强，而男性更具竞争力而生理上较脆弱。研究证明，遗传因素通过参与能量代谢、分子信号通路、自身免疫调节等病理生理过程延长人类寿命。研究已经发现了Sirtuins、DNA修复和DNA损伤信号基因、NELL2等蛋白质和基因通过参与神经细胞分化，调节内分泌系统、对抗细胞凋亡等调控衰老和长寿的重要作用。文章探讨控制衰老和长寿的遗传学机制，为人类延缓衰老、延长寿命提供科学依据。

It is well known that females are superior in longevity.Model of a sex-specific optimal tradeoff between viability, com-petitive ability and reproduction described that females are cooperative and physiologically tough ( tolerant) while males are more competitive and physiologically fragile (greater mortality).Studies suggest that genetics regulate ageing and longevity by governing multiple physiological functions, including energy metabolism, molecular signaling pathways, and immune regulation.Researchers have found lots of proteins and genes participating in the process, such as Sirtuins, genes of DNA-repairing and DNA-damaging and NELL2.We aim at discussing the impor.tan.t role of genetics in aging and longevity, providing potential therapeutic interventions against age-associated diseases and extending our health span.
