目的:了解广西农村集中式供水水质安全现状,为政府及有关部门决策提供科学依据。方法从广西农村饮用水水质卫生监测网络系统导出2008—2013年农村集中式供水水质监测调查数据。供水信息通过查阅资料、现场调查等方式收集,水样采集、保存、运输和检测按《生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行,检测结果按《生活饮用水卫生标准》评价。结果从2008至2013年,广西农村集中式供水人口比例从35.73%上升到61.59%,消毒设备配备率从20.65%上升到69.76%,水质综合合格率从22.13%上升到49.40%。水质感官和一般化学指标、毒理学指标合格率较高,主要存在受微生物污染的风险,同时也发现了大部分供水的氟含量和总硬度偏低。结论广西农村集中供水水质得到一定改善,但仍需加强农村饮水安全工程建设和管理,同时加强对可能影响健康的其它水质安全问题研究。

목적:료해엄서농촌집중식공수수질안전현상,위정부급유관부문결책제공과학의거。방법종엄서농촌음용수수질위생감측망락계통도출2008—2013년농촌집중식공수수질감측조사수거。공수신식통과사열자료、현장조사등방식수집,수양채집、보존、운수화검측안《생활음용수표준검험방법》진행,검측결과안《생활음용수위생표준》평개。결과종2008지2013년,엄서농촌집중식공수인구비례종35.73%상승도61.59%,소독설비배비솔종20.65%상승도69.76%,수질종합합격솔종22.13%상승도49.40%。수질감관화일반화학지표、독이학지표합격솔교고,주요존재수미생물오염적풍험,동시야발현료대부분공수적불함량화총경도편저。결론엄서농촌집중공수수질득도일정개선,단잉수가강농촌음수안전공정건설화관리,동시가강대가능영향건강적기타수질안전문제연구。
Objective To understand the current status of water safety in centralized supplied systems in rural areas of Guangxi Province, and provide scientific evidences for the government and policy-making organizations. Methods Guanxi Province data between 2008 and 2013 were exported form the National Rural Drinking Water Monitoring Information System. The water supply information was collected from history data review and on-site surveys. The drinking water samples were collected, preserved, transported, tested and evaluated according to the national standards. Results From 2008 to 2013, the coverage of centralized water supplies in rural population rose from 35.73%to 61.59%, the proportion of centralized water supplies with disinfection facilities rose from 20.65%to 49.40%, and the rate of qualified water rose from 22.13%to 49.40%,respectively. The qualified rates of physical, chemical and toxicologic indexes were high and the main risk of drinking water quality was microorganic contaminations. Conclusion Water qualities of centralized supplied systems in rural areas of Guangxi Province have been improved, but the construction and management of the Rural Drinking Water Safety Projects should be strengthened and research on possible impacts of water quality should be strengthened.
