大型桥梁伸缩缝后浇带病害是一种桥梁常见病害,并且成为影响桥梁运营管理的重要因素。本文以苏通大桥伸缩缝后浇带为研究对象,对其力学性能进行分析,重点研究了车辆荷载作用对其影响。论文首先介绍了苏通大桥伸缩缝后浇带的结构特点,进一步对后浇带的病害进行统计分析,建立后浇带有限元模型,并分别从静力、动力、温度等工况进行分析。分析结果表明:温度对后浇带病害产生的影响较小,疲劳是产生裂缝的主要原因,并且裂缝一般从边缘向中心开展。本文研究结果揭示了裂缝开展的原因,为改进后浇带力学性能提供了参考。

The post-pouring belt of expansion joints in long -span bridges is a kind of common problem , and becomes an important factor in the operation management of bridges .With regards to Su-tong Bridge , the mechanical properties of post -pouring belt was analyzed , focusing on the influence of vehicles .First, the struc-ture characteristics of post -pouring belt of expansion joints was introduced .Then, the problem of post -pouring belt was analyzed , and the finite element model was established to analyze the reasons .The analysis was made separately from the static, dynamic, temperature and other conditions .The results indicate that: the impact of temperature on the problem of post -pouring belt is smaller , fatigue is the main reason for cracks and cracks are generally carried out from the edge to the center .The results of the research revealed the cause of the crack de-velopment and provide reference for improving the mechanical properties of post -pouring belt .
