目的:分析人性化管理在老年干部体检中的应用效果。方法将2013年6~7月按常规护理管理制度实施体检管理的资料为对照组,将2014年6~7月按人性化管理实施门诊管理的资料为观察组。对照分析两组间人员对护理工作满意度、护理人员对医院满意度以及护理质量达标率情况。结果观察组老年体检者对护理工作满意度为96.67±1.75分,显著高于实施前对照组的87.83±2.48分;观察组护理人员对医院的满意度为101.00±2.83分,明显高于对照组91.00± 1.41分;观察组护理质量达标率为99.81±0.12分,显著高于对照组的96.88±0.47分;两组数据比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过实施人性化管理,提升综合医院体检中心的护理。

Objectives To analyze the effect of the application of human-based management in the Elderly cadres.Methods Implement routine care ward management system in June to July 2013 data for the control group, the June to July 2014, in accord-ance with human-based management implementation of ward management in the observation group.Results patients of the observa-tion group for nursing job satisfaction to 96.67 ±1.75, significantly higher than prior to the implementation of the control group 87.83 ±2.48 101.00 ±2.83; satisfaction of the observation group, the nursing staff of the hospital was significantly higher than 91.00 ±1.41;the observation group care quality compliance rate was 99.81 ±0.12, significantly higher than that in the control group 96.88 ±0.47;compared two sets of data was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions through the implementation of human-based management, to promotion of physical examination center in general hospital nursing.
