开采回采率是衡量矿产资源开发利用程度的重要指标,准确界定其评价术语并构建测算流程对于我国固体非能源矿产开采回采率评价国家标准的制定具有重要意义。全面梳理了开采回采率定义历史沿革,对开采回采率类型进行了辨识性分析。结合评价工作要求,提出了年限(度)评价开采回采率术语,并确定了计算公式。为满足不同采矿方法条件下开采回采率计算需要,在直接计算法和间接计算法基础上,提出了开采回采率综合计算法。以准确获取开采回采率有关数据为主线,构建了我国年限评价回采率的测算流程。研究成果为我国固体非能源矿产资源国家层面上的宏观管理提供了一项重要参考。

Mining recovery is an important index to measure the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources .It is of great significance to accurately define the related evaluation terms and construct the calculation process of mining recovery ,in order to formulate the national criteria of mining recovery of solid non‐energy mineral resources in china .In this paper ,the historical evolution of the mining recovery was summarized comprehensively and the type of mining recovery was identifiably analyzed .The terms of life (annual) evaluation mining recovery was defined and the calculation formula was determined through combining the evaluation work requirements .To meet the needs of mining recovery calculation under different mining methods ,the synthetic method of mining recovery calculation was proposed based on the direct and indirect method .Take obtaining relevant data of mining recovery accurately as the main line ,the calculation process of evaluation mining recovery was constructed in our country .The research achievements can provide important reference for macro‐management of solid non‐energy mineral resources in china .
