根据铌矿浮选药剂的现状,本文综述了脂肪酸类捕收剂、羟肟酸类捕收剂、膦酸类捕收剂及胂酸类捕收剂与铌矿物作用机理。针对铌矿物捕收剂在捕收能力及选择性等方面存在的问题,提出了对开发新型铌矿物捕收剂的要求。总结了铌矿浮选调整剂的研究现状,指出了脉石矿物有效抑制剂研究是铌矿浮选调整剂研究的重点。对于铌矿的浮选,目前大多数研究是采用传统的化学药剂来改变铌矿物与其它矿物间的可浮性差异,效果仍不理想。本文通过分析含铌矿物的特点,提出了铌矿生物预处理新思路。应用生物预处理对目的矿物和脉石矿物表面进行改性,达到扩大目的矿物与脉石矿物可浮性差异的目的,以实现铌矿物的高效回收。

According to the research on flotation reagent in niobium ore ,action mechanism of collector with niobium ore is reviewed .Due to the existing problems on niobium ore collector ,the performance which new kinds of collector should possess is put forward .The research progress of regulator in niobium ore is summarized ,and the idea is pointed out that the effective inhibitor on gangue minerals will be the key in the research of regulator of niobium ore .To the flotation on niobium ore ,usually the traditional chemical reagents were used to change the floatability of useful minerals and gangue minerals ,but the results were not perfect .Finally ,through analyzing the characteristics of niobium minerals and their associated minerals ,a new idea of niobium ore pretreatment with biology is proposed ,in which the properties of useful minerals and gangue minerals will be changed .So ,the difference on floatability among minerals will be expanded ,and efficient recovery of niobium minerals will be achieved .
