双排SMW工法桩在实际工程中应用较少,为研究其支护效果,以一实际工程为例介绍了双排SMW工法桩的应用实践。结合测斜、沉降及水位等监测资料,围护结构变形不大,周围构筑物和管线沉降均很小,取得了良好的设计效果,也降低了造价,为双排SMW工法桩的应用和推广提供了一种设计思路和方法。

The SMW method is one of the engineering methods for protecting the foundation pit , which has many advantages , such as small area , little noise , small vibration , no slurry and pollution nuisance .Piles operated in the method was applied in the project because of some reasonable in -situ situations , such as large numbers of surrounding structures and underground utilities in the northern site , and the high level of ground wa-ter and the limited working space .The soil deformation and the settlement of surrounding structures and pipelines were minor , which were proved by the inclination , settlement and ground water level monitor .Therefore , the method met the requirements at an economic cost , and thus provides a new way to brace the foundation pit .
