通过对蚌埠学院部分学生的问卷调查，研究了大四学生思想压力形成的发展规律。结果表明，大四学生的思想压力在大学阶段学习中达到峰值，考研和就业是压力的主要来源；就业呈现出阶梯式，就业心理呈现矛盾特性；考研的学生承受更大的心理压力；学习、交往、生活出现了分化现象。据此提出了缓解大四学生思想压力的具体对策。

Based on the survey of some Bengbu University students , it analyzed the development law of senior students′mental pressurein .According to the survey , university students′mental pressure , which mainly resulted from postgraduate examination and employment ,reached its climax in the fourth year .The situation of students′employment is stepping up , and their psychology is contradictory .Students who are preparing for postgraduate examination suffer greater psychological pressure .There are diversities in their learning ,communication and private life .Some specific strategies have been put forward to relieve senior students′mental pressure on the basis of the development law of their mental pressure .
