目的:探讨凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)及其受体CD36在支气管肺发育不良(BPD)患儿血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测45例BPD患儿与32例非BPD新生儿血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液的TSP-1及CD36表达水平并进行比较,同时对BPD患儿的TSP-1及CD36表达进行相关性分析。结果:BPD患儿血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液的TSP-1及CD36水平均高于正常儿童(P<0.05);BPD患儿血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液的TSP-1与CD36表达均呈正相关性关系(P<0.05)。结论:TSP-1及其受体CD36可能参与了新生儿BPD的发病过程并起协同致病作用,具体机制有待进一步研究。

목적:탐토응혈매민감단백-1(TSP-1)급기수체CD36재지기관폐발육불량(BPD)환인혈청、지기관폐포관세액중적표체급림상의의。방법:채용ELISA법검측45례BPD환인여32례비BPD신생인혈청、지기관폐포관세액적TSP-1급CD36표체수평병진행비교,동시대BPD환인적TSP-1급CD36표체진행상관성분석。결과:BPD환인혈청、지기관폐포관세액적TSP-1급CD36수평균고우정상인동(P<0.05);BPD환인혈청、지기관폐포관세액적TSP-1여CD36표체균정정상관성관계(P<0.05)。결론:TSP-1급기수체CD36가능삼여료신생인BPD적발병과정병기협동치병작용,구체궤제유대진일보연구。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of thrombospodin-1 (TSP-1) and its receptor CD36 in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) children serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.Method:The expression of TSP-1 and CD36 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of BPD children(n=45) and non-BPD neonatus(n=32) were detected by ELISA.Correlations of TSP-1 and CD36 levels and the comparisons between groups were analyzed respectively.Result:The expression of TSP-1 and CD36 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of BPD children were significantly higher than those of non-BPD neonates respectively(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation relationship between the expression of TSP-1 and CD36 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(P<0.05).Conclusion:TSP-1 and CD36 may play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatus BPD and act cooperatively through an unexplored mechanism,the specific mechanism needs further study.
