缺血性卒中占全部卒中的60%～80%。缺血性卒中体外模型的建立和应用对揭示其发病机制及探索治疗方案具有重要意义。近年来分别从神经元、胶质细胞、内皮细胞、血脑屏障、血管神经单元等角度建立起可靠的研究缺血性卒中的研究平台。本文对各种缺血性卒中的体外模型的制备方案及应用方法的最新进展展开综述，为缺血性卒中的研究提供具有针对性的方法选择。

Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of mortality and evere disability, the incidence of which accounts for 60%~80% of all the stroke patients. The in vitro models of ischemic stroke are important for detecting its mechanisms and therapy. At present, the in vitro models of ischemic stroke from neurons, glial cells, epithelial cells, blood-brain barrier and neurovascular units were established. In this paper, we reviewed the advances for invitro model of ischemic stroke, which provide the potential selectivity for research in ischemic stroke.
