目的 检测急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中CD4+ CD28-T细胞与IL-6和C-反应蛋白(CRP)相关性.方法 选取43例ACS患者,40例稳定性心绞痛(SAP),选取40例健康人作为正常对照.采用流式细胞分析仪测定CD4+ CD28-T细胞;IL-6和CRP水平分别采用ELISA法和特种蛋白分析仪进行测定.结果 ACS组患者的CD4+ CD28-T细胞数量和IL-6和CRP水平均显著高于SAP组(P<0.001)或正常对照组(P<0.001),而且ACS患者CD4+ CD28-T细胞与IL-6(r=0.79,P<0.001)和CRP(r=0.50,P<0.001)具有相关性.结论 ACS患者CD4+ CD28-T细胞数量的增高与IL-6和CRP高度相关,可能参与冠心病的病程进展.

Objective To evaluate the correlation of CD4 + CD28T cells with interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS).Method 43 patients with acute coronary syndromes,40 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 40 healthy subjects were studied.CD4 + CD28-T cells were investigated by flow cytometric analysis,and IL-6 and CRP were determined by ELISA and special protein analyzer respectively.Result:The results demonstrated that the frequency of CD4 + CD28-T cells and levels of IL-6 and CRP in patients with ACS were higher (P < 0.01) than those in patients with SAP and in controls,and the frequency of CD4 + CD28T cells were correlated with IL-6 (r =0.79,P < 0.001) and CRP(r =0.50,P < 0.001).Conclusion The expansion of CD4 + CD28-T cells in ACS was significantly correlated with IL-6 and CRP,and then participates in the process of ACS.
