目的：对笔者所在医院住院药房药品损耗情况进行调查分析，进一步提高药品管理水平，降低药品报损率，减少药品资源浪费。方法：对笔者所在医院2012-2013年住院药房药品损耗情况及原因进行统计、分析，并对降低药品报损率的改善措施进行探讨。结果：住院药房药品损耗情况主要体现在药品包装质量、自动包药机、人为因素等方面。结论：建议产家改进药品外包装及减少自动配药机的故障率，增强工作人员的责任心，将药品损耗率降到最低。

목적：대필자소재의원주원약방약품손모정황진행조사분석，진일보제고약품관리수평，강저약품보손솔，감소약품자원낭비。방법：대필자소재의원2012-2013년주원약방약품손모정황급원인진행통계、분석，병대강저약품보손솔적개선조시진행탐토。결과：주원약방약품손모정황주요체현재약품포장질량、자동포약궤、인위인소등방면。결론：건의산가개진약품외포장급감소자동배약궤적고장솔，증강공작인원적책임심，장약품손모솔강도최저。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the medicine loss in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital,further improve the level of drug administration,reduce the drug reported loss rate,decrease the waste of medicine resources.Method:The circumstances and the reasons of medicine wastage in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed statistically,and the improvement measures of reducing the drug reported loss rate were investigated.Result:The results of the analysis of medicine loss in the inpatient pharmacy showed that,the external packing damage,machine stoppage of auto-packet machine and worker factors were main reasons.Conclusion:In order to get low rate of medicine loss,we suggest manufacturer to improve external package and reduce the failure rate of auto-packet machine,enhance pharmacy worker’ responsibility.
