M310核电厂安全注入系统是与核安全息息相关的重要系统,在机组调试启动阶段和换料大修阶段均要对安全注入系统进行定期验证与调整。高压安全注入的流量更是需要在定期试验和大修时密切关注的重要数据,要求必须满足安全准则要求。在某M310堆型核电厂调试启动阶段执行高压安注流量检查试验时,发现冷、热段同时注入总流量达到安全准则要求,冷段流量之和无法满足安全准则的要求。调试现场共进行了十多次试验,最终确认原因为某供应商生产的节流孔板孔径过小。本文既是对整个验证和判定过程的分析和思考,同时也是对高压安全注入的流量调整进一步探讨,用于指导后续M310堆型机组和其他核电机组解决此类问题提供方法。

In M310 nuclear power plant, safety injection system is very important that close ties to nuclear safety, it needs periodic verification and rectification while plant’start-up testing stage and refueling overhaul stage. The flux of high-head safety injection (HHSI) is such an important data which needs to pay close attention to during the regular tests and overhaul, it has to meet the requirements of the safety standards. During the HHSI flux check test at an M310 Plant’start-up testing, it was found that the total flux of which the cold section is injected simultaneous with the hot section reaches the requirements of safety standards while the sum of cold section flux is unable to reach the requirements of safety standards. A dozen times of tests has been carried in the test scene, and final y we confirmed the reason is that the aperture of the throttling orifice plate is too smal . This article is not only an analysis and consideration to the whole test, but also a deeply discussion to the flux control of HHSI, and it can be used as a direction to other M310 plant to solve this kind of problem.
