目的：探讨中医辨证施护对心力衰竭的临床干预效果。方法：选取笔者所在科室2013年6月-2014年6月收治住院的84例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，采用随机性原则将其分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。观察组和对照组在常规治疗基础上分别采用中医辨证施护和常规护理模式，比较分析两组患者的临床干预疗效。结果：经治疗和护理后，观察组的心脏功能恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.87，P=0.01)。结论：中医辨证施护对于心力衰竭患者的预后明显优于常规护理模式，心功能改善明显，能够提高患者的生活质量，促进病情恢复，值得应用与推广。

목적：탐토중의변증시호대심력쇠갈적림상간예효과。방법：선취필자소재과실2013년6월-2014년6월수치주원적84례심력쇠갈환자작위연구대상，채용수궤성원칙장기분위관찰조화대조조，매조42례。관찰조화대조조재상규치료기출상분별채용중의변증시호화상규호리모식，비교분석량조환자적림상간예료효。결과：경치료화호리후，관찰조적심장공능회복정황명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(χ2=6.87，P=0.01)。결론：중의변증시호대우심력쇠갈환자적예후명현우우상규호리모식，심공능개선명현，능구제고환자적생활질량，촉진병정회복，치득응용여추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical intervention on Chinese dialectic of nursing in the heart failure.Method:84 patients with heart failure admitted to our department from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random principle,42 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group was given Chinese dialectic of nursing mode,the control group was given routine nursing mode,the clinical intervention effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After the treatment and nursing,the cardiac function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.87,P=0.01).Conclusion:Chinese dialectic of nursing of patients with heart failure on prognosis is superior to conventional nursing mode,cardiac function improved significantly,can improve the patients’ quality of life,promote the recovery of the disease,it is worthy of application and promotion.
