The research adopts the SWOT analysis method to analyze the traditional tourism resources of Jinan,Taian and Qufu . This paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of three areas’ tourism development and points out the tourism's development opportunities and the threats. This paper also proposes some suggestions which are that we should protect the environmental of tourist areas, improve the quality of passenger service facilities and build brand effect on future population policy based on the results.
