目前，辽宁省高职教育人文素质教育存在着学生自身对人文素质教育的认识不足，学校在课程教学上忽视人文素质教育，教师本身人文素质水平不高，校园文化环境氛围不浓等问题。为此，高职院校要提升教学环节中人文素质教育比重，提高师资队伍人文素质水平，营造校园人文环境氛围，使高职学生人文素质教育并达到理想状态。

Students lack enough know ledge of hum anistic quality education, the colleges ignore hum anistic quality in teaching, the hum anistic quality level of teachers is not high, and cam pus culture environm ent atm osphere is not strong and so on. T herefore, higher vocational colleges should increase the proportion of hum anistic quality education in teaching, im prove the level of teacher hum anistic quality, create the atm osphere of cam pus cultural environm ent, and m ake the higher vocational students' hum anistic quality education reach the ideal state.
