为提高锰矿中硫酸锰的浸取率，将锰矿粉与NaOH反应制备白炭黑了后，其滤渣再经酸浸制备硫酸锰．考察了反应温度、反应时间、配比、酸碱浓度等因素对白炭黑产率和锰浸出率的影响．结果表明：在140℃反应8 h，碱矿质量比为1．2∶1，NaOH水溶液质量百分比为40％时，白炭黑的产率可达15．7％．在100℃反应5 h，硫酸与滤渣的质量比为1．2∶1，硫酸水溶液质量百分比为20％时，硫酸锰的浸取率可达13．0％，较传统直接酸浸工艺的浸取率11．0％有所提高．

To increase the extraction rate of manganese sulfate from manganese ore, silica was separated first from the reaction of manganese ore and NaOH solution.White silica was produced from the filtrate and manganese sulfate was obtained via the reaction between the filter residue and sulfuric acid.The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, materials ratio, the concentration of NaOH and H2 SO4 on the yields of white silica and manganese sulfate were discussed. The yield of silica could reach 15.7%at 140℃reaction for 8 h, with the mass proportion of alkali and ore of 1.2∶1, and 40%NaOH.The yield of manganese sulfate could reach 13.0%at 100℃, reaction for 5 hours, with the mass proportion of acid and ore of 1.2∶1, and 20% sulfuric acid.This yield was higher than that of the traditional way to prepare manganese sulfate (11.0%).
