为提高锰矿中硫酸锰的浸取率,将锰矿粉与NaOH反应制备白炭黑了后,其滤渣再经酸浸制备硫酸锰.考察了反应温度、反应时间、配比、酸碱浓度等因素对白炭黑产率和锰浸出率的影响.结果表明:在140℃反应8 h,碱矿质量比为1.2∶1,NaOH水溶液质量百分比为40%时,白炭黑的产率可达15.7%.在100℃反应5 h,硫酸与滤渣的质量比为1.2∶1,硫酸水溶液质量百分比为20%时,硫酸锰的浸取率可达13.0%,较传统直接酸浸工艺的浸取率11.0%有所提高.
為提高錳礦中硫痠錳的浸取率,將錳礦粉與NaOH反應製備白炭黑瞭後,其濾渣再經痠浸製備硫痠錳.攷察瞭反應溫度、反應時間、配比、痠堿濃度等因素對白炭黑產率和錳浸齣率的影響.結果錶明:在140℃反應8 h,堿礦質量比為1.2∶1,NaOH水溶液質量百分比為40%時,白炭黑的產率可達15.7%.在100℃反應5 h,硫痠與濾渣的質量比為1.2∶1,硫痠水溶液質量百分比為20%時,硫痠錳的浸取率可達13.0%,較傳統直接痠浸工藝的浸取率11.0%有所提高.

To increase the extraction rate of manganese sulfate from manganese ore, silica was separated first from the reaction of manganese ore and NaOH solution.White silica was produced from the filtrate and manganese sulfate was obtained via the reaction between the filter residue and sulfuric acid.The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, materials ratio, the concentration of NaOH and H2 SO4 on the yields of white silica and manganese sulfate were discussed. The yield of silica could reach 15.7%at 140℃reaction for 8 h, with the mass proportion of alkali and ore of 1.2∶1, and 40%NaOH.The yield of manganese sulfate could reach 13.0%at 100℃, reaction for 5 hours, with the mass proportion of acid and ore of 1.2∶1, and 20% sulfuric acid.This yield was higher than that of the traditional way to prepare manganese sulfate (11.0%).
