采用St?ber法和浸渍法制备了SiO2修饰的TiO2载体,并用浸渍法制备了钴基费-托合成催化剂,考察了其费-托合成催化性能。分别采用透射电子显微镜( TEM)、X-射线衍射( XRD)、低温氮气物理吸附-脱附、氢气程序升温还原( H2-TPR)等技术对载体和催化剂进行了表征,在固定床反应器上对催化剂的催化性能进行了评价。结果表明:SiO2的引入能减弱钴物种与TiO2之间的相互作用力,提高钴物种的还原性,使催化剂的催化性能显著提高。
採用St?ber法和浸漬法製備瞭SiO2脩飾的TiO2載體,併用浸漬法製備瞭鈷基費-託閤成催化劑,攷察瞭其費-託閤成催化性能。分彆採用透射電子顯微鏡( TEM)、X-射線衍射( XRD)、低溫氮氣物理吸附-脫附、氫氣程序升溫還原( H2-TPR)等技術對載體和催化劑進行瞭錶徵,在固定床反應器上對催化劑的催化性能進行瞭評價。結果錶明:SiO2的引入能減弱鈷物種與TiO2之間的相互作用力,提高鈷物種的還原性,使催化劑的催化性能顯著提高。

SiO2 modified TiO2 supports were synthesized by St?ber and impregnation methods.The cobalt catalysts supported on the SiO2 modified TiO2 were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and the performances in Fischer-Tropsch( FT) synthesis were investigated.The supports and catalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, H2-TPR and nitrogen adsorption-desorption.The FT catalytic performances of catalysts were tested on fix-bed reactor.The results indicated that SiO2 could decrease the interaction of support and cobalt oxide and improve the reducibility of cobalt oxide, thus significantly improve the FT catalytic performances of catalysts.
