在采用标志点拼接的结构光扫描系统中,两两相邻视图拼接存在累积误差,导致拼接精度会随拼接次数下降,为此提出一种利用标志点多视图几何约束的高精度拼接方法。首先利用两两视图拼接的方式在扫描过程中构建标志点多视图网络,并利用光束法平差技术优化多视图网络得到高精度全局控制点;在此过程中保存每个视局部坐标系下三维点云,然后将各局部坐标系下点云和全局控制点进行拼接,得到物体表面完整的三维数据。该方法克服了传统拼接过程中累积误差,提高了多视角三维扫描拼接精度;并通过实验证明了所提出算法的有效性。
在採用標誌點拼接的結構光掃描繫統中,兩兩相鄰視圖拼接存在纍積誤差,導緻拼接精度會隨拼接次數下降,為此提齣一種利用標誌點多視圖幾何約束的高精度拼接方法。首先利用兩兩視圖拼接的方式在掃描過程中構建標誌點多視圖網絡,併利用光束法平差技術優化多視圖網絡得到高精度全跼控製點;在此過程中保存每箇視跼部坐標繫下三維點雲,然後將各跼部坐標繫下點雲和全跼控製點進行拼接,得到物體錶麵完整的三維數據。該方法剋服瞭傳統拼接過程中纍積誤差,提高瞭多視角三維掃描拼接精度;併通過實驗證明瞭所提齣算法的有效性。

Due to the accumulated error in the process of pair-wise registration in the structured light scanning system with artificial reference marker points, the registration precision will decrease with the increasing number of registrations. In order to solve this problem, a high-precision registration method based on multi view network constraints among reference marker points is proposed. First, a multi view network is constructed for the refer-ence marker points during the scanning process, and high-precision global control points are achieved via bun-dling adjustment. In this process, thelocal 3D point clouds in different views are saved. Then, the 3D data under each local coordinate of each scan are registered with the global control points, and the complete 3D data of the object surface is obtained. The method overcomes the error accumulation in the traditional registration process and improves the precision of multi-view registration. Experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algo-rithm.
