绞刀系统作为绞吸式挖泥船的核心工作机构,其设计的优劣直接影响到挖泥船工作的稳定性,采用开关磁阻电机驱动绞刀的电动绞吸式挖泥船可明显提高工作效率。在对绞刀传动系统结构深入分析研究的基础上,建立基于Amesim平台的绞刀系统仿真模型,并结合实际工况对绞刀的工作特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示绞刀始终保持在10~40 r/min合理转速范围内运转,并且系统具有一定的自适应调节能力。

Cuter system is the core work body of cutter suction dredger,the quality of its design will directly affect the stability of dredger work,and the electric cutter suction dredger which using the switched reluctance motor as the driving mechanism can significantly improve work efficiency. Through the deep analysis and research on the structure of the cutter drive system,it established the simulation model of the electric cutter system based on Amesim platform. And combining with the actual working conditions,it focused on the analysis of cutter work-ing characteristic curve. The simulation results show that the cutter always keeps running in the reasonable speed range of 10-40 r/min, and the system has a certain adaptive ability.
