创建测土配方施肥标准化验室工作，对于提高化验室土壤肥料检测能力和管理水平具有重要意义。该文以荆门市土壤肥料工作站化验室建设为例，从化验室建设必要性、目前的状况、发展对策等3个方面介绍了化验室的现状及前景，旨在为更好的提高土肥化验机构的生存和发展提供借鉴。

The creation of formula fertilization by soil testing standard laboratory,has very important signifi?cance for improving soil fertilizer laboratory testing capability and level of management. This paper takes the soil and fertilizer station of laboratory construction in Jingmen city as an example,from the laboratory construction necessity,current situation,development countermeasures from 3 aspects of a detailed introduc?tion of the present situation and Prospect of the laboratory,and aims to provide some reference for the sur?vival and development to improve the soil and fertilizer test institutions better.
