以蝴蝶兰“光芒四射”增殖芽为外植体，研究了不同的土豆添加量对其增殖倍率及转接周期的影响。结果表明，在K6培养基中加入土豆40g/L对“光芒四射”的增殖效果最好，使其转接周期从60d缩至50d，增殖倍率从1.80增至2.52。

이호접란“광망사사”증식아위외식체，연구료불동적토두첨가량대기증식배솔급전접주기적영향。결과표명，재K6배양기중가입토두40g/L대“광망사사”적증식효과최호，사기전접주기종60d축지50d，증식배솔종1.80증지2.52。
Using proliferation buds of“Formosa Sunrise”as explants,we studied effects of the different amount of patatoes on the proliferation rate and transfertion period.The results showed adding 40g/L pota?toes in K6 medium was the best to the proliferation of“Formosa Sunrise”,which mading the transfertion period reduced from 60d to 50d,the proliferation rate increased from 1.80 to 2.52.
