The factors affecting the energy consumption and material consumption during the process of SBS rubber coagulation was analyzed. The author puts forward that the patent of concentrator combining with the technology of differential pressure of three coagulation reactor could resolve this kind of contradiction. Finally ,the aim of lowering the solvent and steaming consumption was realized.
