目的:探讨研究常见风湿性疾病的中成药治疗和疗效。方法:选取我院在2012年8月-2014年6月期间所接收的46例风湿性疾病患者作为研究对象,其中类风湿关节炎25例(应用白芍总苷胶囊治疗),骨关节炎14例(采用正清风痛宁片治疗),强直性脊柱炎7例(采用益肾蠲痹丸治疗),观察分析治疗效果。结果:46例风湿性疾病患者经治疗,临床症状以及体征均明显改善,未有病例出现严重不良反应,全部患者均痊愈出院。结论:通过本次研究结果的分析可知,在风湿性疾病的临床治疗中,根据患者病理情况合理应用中成药治疗,不良反应少,安全且有效,可提高治疗效果,具有应用价值和推广价值。

목적:탐토연구상견풍습성질병적중성약치료화료효。방법:선취아원재2012년8월-2014년6월기간소접수적46례풍습성질병환자작위연구대상,기중류풍습관절염25례(응용백작총감효낭치료),골관절염14례(채용정청풍통저편치료),강직성척주염7례(채용익신견비환치료),관찰분석치료효과。결과:46례풍습성질병환자경치료,림상증상이급체정균명현개선,미유병례출현엄중불량반응,전부환자균전유출원。결론:통과본차연구결과적분석가지,재풍습성질병적림상치료중,근거환자병리정황합리응용중성약치료,불량반응소,안전차유효,가제고치료효과,구유응용개치화추엄개치。
Objective:Study of common rheumatic diseases treatment and curative ef ect of proprietary Chinese medicines.Method:Selected by the Institute during the period August 2012 -June 2014 to receive object from 46 patients with rheumatic diseases,rheumatoid arthritis in 25 cases (application of total glucosides of Paeony capsules in treating),14 cases of osteoar-thritis (treated by zhengqingfengtongning tablets),7 cases of ankylosing spondylitis (treated by yishen juanbi pil ),observation and analysis of the treatment ef ect.Results:46 patients with rheumatic disease after treatment,clinical signs and symptoms were significantly improved,no cases of serious adverse reactions,al the patients were cured and discharged from hospital.Con-clusion:Through the analysis of the results of this study show that,in the treatment of rheumatic diseases,based on rational application of Chinese patent medicine to treat pathological conditions of patients,fewer side ef ects and is safe and ef ective,and can improve treatment results,is practical and promotional value.
