肩峰撞击综合征主要包括肩袖撕裂、肩袖和肱二头肌炎症、肩峰下滑囊炎等，发生机制有肩部解剖学异常、肩胛周围肌肉功能不良、胸椎曲度增加、肩关节囊紧张、肩袖肌群功能不良、创伤或过度使用引起的肩关节不稳等，保守治疗和手术治疗均有较理想的效果。
