应用树莓优良品种奥瑞斯（Orus）进行组织培养技术的探索和研究，以期为其推广和大量繁育提供技术支撑。结果表明：（1）最佳外植体的选择为带芽茎段，最佳的取材时间为春季5月份，萌发率可达100%。（2）最佳灭菌体系的流程为75%酒精浸泡30s后无菌水冲洗3～4次，然后以3%NaClO灭菌15min后无菌水冲洗3次。（3）奥瑞斯的最佳初代培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1，最佳继代培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1，增殖系数为4.55。最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg·L-1，生根率为100%，植株可平均生出3cm的根系3条。

응용수매우량품충오서사（Orus）진행조직배양기술적탐색화연구，이기위기추엄화대량번육제공기술지탱。결과표명：（1）최가외식체적선택위대아경단，최가적취재시간위춘계5월빈，맹발솔가체100%。（2）최가멸균체계적류정위75%주정침포30s후무균수충세3～4차，연후이3%NaClO멸균15min후무균수충세3차。（3）오서사적최가초대배양기위MS+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1，최가계대배양기위MS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1，증식계수위4.55。최가생근배양기위1/2MS+IBA0.5mg·L-1，생근솔위100%，식주가평균생출3cm적근계3조。
In order to breed and popularize the raspberry efficiently,we focused on the Orus,a fine cultivar of raspberry(Rubus ideaus L.),and studied the technology system of tissue culture. The stem section with a bud is an optimum explant while spring in May is an optimum time with the germination rate of 100%. After soaking with 75% alcohol with 30s and flushing with sterile water for 3~4 times,and using 3% Na?ClO-15min to sterilize again before sterile water flushing 3 times is an optimum program of sterilization without the contamination. MS+6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.1mg·L-1 is an optimum early generation culture me?dium,MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.1mg·L-1 as an optimum subculture generation culture medium(4.55 pro?liferation ratio),and 1/2MS+IBA 0.5mg · L-1 as an optimum strike root culture medium(100% root produc?tive ratio,3 individual of roots and 3cm mean length).
