对高职院校大学生参与体育运动的价值取向进行调查研究，结果表明：高职学生体育参与的价值取向总体呈现出对体育锻炼价值有充分的认识，但他们的体育锻炼行为缺乏坚持和毅力；对体育娱乐休闲功能的认识有较高的共鸣度，喜爱的体育项目呈现多样化；体育健康理论和营养知识较为陌生等。

Based on the practical needs of higher vocational college students, this article investigates their value orientation of sports participation. The results show that: they have a full understanding of the value of physical exercise, but they lack perseverance in adhering to regular physical exercises;they have higher resonance inunderstanding its functions of leisure and entertainment, and they have diversified favorite soports,but they are unfamiliar with sports health theory and knowledge of nutrition.
