在分析了目前国内高校人才培养现状的基础上，提出了高等农业院校农学类专业人才培养多样化的必要性，结合实际工作提出了农学类专业人才多样化培养的途径与方向，切实可行，并取得了许多成绩与经验，旨在为农业高校的人才培养提供新的思路和借鉴。
