采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法对我国群众体育投入现状的数据信息进行调查与分析,并提出相关发展对策。研究表明:居民体育投入意识逐渐增强;16-35岁的居民每周参加体育锻炼所投入的频度多集中于1-2次,每次锻炼时间多持续在30-60min之间,强度以中等强度为主;36-55岁的居民在体育锻炼中所投入的频度较低,56岁以上的居民在锻炼时所投入的频度较高,以小强度为主。居民在体育消费方面的投入逐渐加大;在健身项目投入上能依据自身情况合理选择;在健身器材需求方面居民以经济实用性的健身器材为主;中青年居民掌握运动技能情况良好,主要选择在公共体育活动场所及单位健身场所从事锻炼,老年人多选择在公路街边、树林、河边或公园进行锻炼;居民参与社会体育团体状况不容乐观,居民智力体育行为意识有待唤起和调动。

This paper investigates people's sports investment status in our country by using literature collection method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics analysis. The founding shows that people have a growing sports investment consciousness. The exercise frequency of people between ages of 16 and 35 keeps one or two times each week. Their exercise time mostly continue for 30 minutes to 60 minutes and most of exercising at a moderate intensity level. The exercise frequency of people between ages of 36 and 55 is low. The high exercise frequency is existed in people which age is over 56. The intensity of this group is low. The founding also indicates that the annual consumption level of mass sports is gradually growing. People also can choose their exercise program properly which is according to their own condition. On the exercise equipment demand, most of people prefer to choose economic practical equipment. Another point is that the young and middle-aged people have high motor skills and they often choose public places or working places as their exercising site. The seniors tend to choose kerbside, woods, riverside or park to do exercise their bodies. Except for the founding above, the researcher also found another situation which is not looking good. People don't like to engage in social sports association. And their intellectual sports consciousness need to be aroused.
