This paper analyzes the high efficiency rules of the university basketball teaching activity. The rules of knowledge understanding, skill understanding, ability and development consistency; and the rules of teacher's guiding role and student's main body role consistency. It understands and grasps the inherent law which basketball teaching of colleges and universities should follow, enrich teaching theories and teaching methods effectively and also could provide positive promotion effect on the university basketball teaching.
