为处理流化床飞灰堆积,实现CO2减排,以燃煤循环流化床锅炉飞灰作为碳捕获剂,进行了流化床飞灰湿法碳酸化固定CO2的工艺参数研究。考察了反应压力、反应温度、液固比对CO2单位固定量(每克飞灰固定的CO2质量)的影响。结果表明:反应压力只影响反应速率,不影响CO2固定量;在液固比为1 mL/g、反应温度70℃、反应压力3 MPa、搅拌转速300 r/min的条件下,最大CO2单位固定量为0.0879 g/g,碳酸化效率高达49.58%,说明流化床飞灰有较强的CO2固定能力。因此,利用燃煤流化床飞灰固定CO2具有一定的应用价值。

In order to reduce fluidized bed fly ash accumulation and lower CO2 emission,CO2 sequestration by aqueous carbonation of fly ash discharged from coal-fire circulating fluidized bed boiler under various operational conditions was investigated in this study. The effects of reaction pressure,reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the unit CO2 sequestration capacity which was calculated in the mass of CO2 sequestration by 1 g fly ash was evaluated. The results showed that the reaction pressure only affected the reaction rate but had no effects on the CO2 sequestration capacity. When the liquid-to-solid ratio was 1 mL/g,the reaction temperature was 70 ℃,the reaction pressure was 3 MPa and the stir speed was 300 r/min,the largest unit CO2 sequestration capacity were 0. 0879 g/g,the carbonation effi-ciency was up to 49. 58%. The results indicated that the fly ash from fluidized bed had a greater capacity for CO2 sequestration and the process had a certain practical value in the future.
