目的：运用综合疗法治疗颈性眩晕。方法选取2012年1月～2014年1月收治的诊断为颈性眩晕患者50例，采用完全随机原则分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予综合治疗，对照组给予药物治疗，均给予治疗2周，观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96%，对照组有效率为72%，治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论引起颈性眩晕的原因多种多样，单纯西药治疗效果有限，给予综合治疗效果显著。

목적：운용종합요법치료경성현훈。방법선취2012년1월～2014년1월수치적진단위경성현훈환자50례，채용완전수궤원칙분위치료조화대조조，치료조급여종합치료，대조조급여약물치료，균급여치료2주，관찰료효。결과치료조총유효솔위96%，대조조유효솔위72%，치료조여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론인기경성현훈적원인다충다양，단순서약치료효과유한，급여종합치료효과현저。
