入绳角（偏角）在多层钢丝绳缠绕时的大小对其使用寿命有较大影响，本文以海洋采油平台基座式吊机变幅钢丝绳为例，着重分析了入绳角过大时的危害，从经济性、安全性、可靠性出发，对变幅卷筒进行优化设计，通过权威机构认证后进行加工、制作、安装、调试，取得了良好效果。
