东盟内部争端的解决与东盟成员国利益和地区稳定密切相关。但在实践中，东盟内部争端解决机制的功能发挥却囿于多重因素。本文通过介绍东盟内部争端解决机制的原则、机构和程序，对其局限性进行解读：影响东盟内部争端解决机制功能发挥的因素主要是由于自身组织建构和成员国自身国家利益。

Solution of disputes among ASEAN members impacts on ASEAN Members’ national interests and the stable situation of the Southeast Asia.This paper attempts to probe into limitations of solution mechanism of disputes among ASEAN members by analyzing principles, institutions, and procedures.This article considers that the function of solution mechanism of disputes among ASEAN members is limited by many factors.And two of the most important factors are that the structure of solution mechanism of disputes and national interests.
