周汝登是明代后期阳明心学的重要传人,他的《类选唐诗助道微机》传达的是以“心”为本,融通儒释道三教的“道”。书中“对治”一类最有特色,与佛教的“念死”法门相通。“微机”揭示非无思非有思、无善无恶的观点。周汝登选诗的目的在于借诗修心,体现了“诗能助道”的诗歌观。这一读诗视角新颖,有启发意义,但忽视了诗歌的审美特性。类选的方式别具一格。目前此书学界关注较少,值得进一步研究。

Zhu Rudeng was one of the important figures of Yangming Xin Xue in the late Ming Dynasty.One of his books, LeiXuan Tangshi Zhu Dao Weiji, expressed the theory which was based on Heart, and showed the syncretism of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.Duizhi was a category of most characteristic in the book, similar to the marana-sati of Buddhism practice.Weiji reveals the thought as neither to have idea nor to have no idea, neither to be good nor to be bad.Zhou Rudeng selected poems to help improving Heart.In his opinion, poetry would help embodying the Tao.It is a new method to study poetry and has enlightening significance.But he neglected the aesthetic features of poetry.Selecting poems by category was also a unique style.Now related research is not enough, and it is worth further attention.
