皮损内注射糖皮质激素是皮肤科常用的治疗方式，近年来关于“糖皮质激素皮损内注射”治疗皮肤科疾病的论文很多，笔者注意到其中较多的表述为“糖皮质激素局部封闭”。然而参考相关文献及发展历史，在皮肤科的应用中，皮肤科医师不叫局部封闭，而称之为局部注射或皮损内注射。综合以上，故笔者认为还是称之为局部注射或皮损内注射更为妥帖规范。
皮損內註射糖皮質激素是皮膚科常用的治療方式，近年來關于“糖皮質激素皮損內註射”治療皮膚科疾病的論文很多，筆者註意到其中較多的錶述為“糖皮質激素跼部封閉”。然而參攷相關文獻及髮展歷史，在皮膚科的應用中，皮膚科醫師不叫跼部封閉，而稱之為跼部註射或皮損內註射。綜閤以上，故筆者認為還是稱之為跼部註射或皮損內註射更為妥帖規範。
피손내주사당피질격소시피부과상용적치료방식，근년래관우“당피질격소피손내주사”치료피부과질병적논문흔다，필자주의도기중교다적표술위“당피질격소국부봉폐”。연이삼고상관문헌급발전역사，재피부과적응용중，피부과의사불규국부봉폐，이칭지위국부주사혹피손내주사。종합이상，고필자인위환시칭지위국부주사혹피손내주사경위타첩규범。
Intralesional corticosteroids are commonly used in dermatology treatments,many thesis about "the lesional corticosteroid injections"treat dermatological diseases in recent years,many of which the author notes described as "partial closure of glucocorticoids ."However,reference to the relevant literature and history of the development,applications in dermatology, dermatologist not cal ed partial closure,and cal ed the local injection or intralesional injection.Based on the above,so I believe it is cal ed local y or intralesional injection of more appropriate-ness specifications.
