试验以清水为对照,用GA3100mg/L ,GA3200mg/L ,GA3400mg/L及6-BA100mg/L ,6-BA200mg/L ,6-BA400mg/L等研究了不同浓度6-BA和GA3对当年生枇杷实生苗的影响。结果表明:喷施GA3400mg/L和6-BA400mg/L对枇杷实生苗的生长影响最大,表现为株高和茎粗最大,叶片数和植株干物质积累最多,400mg/LGA3处理株高比对照高13.2cm,茎粗比对照粗0.04cm,叶片比对照多4片;400mg/L6-BA处理株高比对照高7cm,茎粗比对照粗0.06cm,叶片比对照多4片。因此,GA3400mg/L和6-BA400mg/L处理的壮苗效果最明显。

With clear water as control in this study,underyear loquat seedlings were treated by GA3100mg/L, GA3200mg/L,GA3400mg/L and 6-BA100mg/L,6-BA200mg/L,6-BA400mg/L. The results showed that spray?ing GA3400mg/L and 6-BA400mg/L had the maximum effect on the growth of loquat seedling,performance for plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and dry matter accumulation. The plant height,stem diameter and leaves quantity of GA3400mg/L treatment were higher than control 13.2cm,0.04cm and 4 pieces respec?tively. That of 6-BA 400mg/L treatment were higher than control 7cm,0.06cm and 4 pieces respectively.So the GA3400mg/L and 6-BA400mg/L treatment were most obvious to strong loquat seedlings.
