通过对油田地面建设、自动焊技术应用情况进行分析、总结，并对CO2保护气特性进行研究，提出了以100％CO2气替代82％Ar＋18％CO2混合气作为保护气，消除了自动焊的常见缺陷，并成功应用于道施工中，进一步提高了自动焊焊接质量和施工效率。

The oilfield ground construction, automatic welding technology application is analyzed and summarized, and then research on CO2 gas protection characteristics.This article puts forward the replace Ar+82%to 18%with 100%CO2 gas CO2 gas mixture as shielding gas,which could eliminate the common defects of automatic welding, and successfully applied to road construction, further improved the welding quality and automatic welding construction efficiency.
