Nonylphenol%Barrelled Water%HPLC-MS
建立高效液相-质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)检测饮用水中壬基酚的方法,并对天津市桶装水企业从水源、生产、储存到消费全过程中壬基酚的污染水平进行调查。壬基酚的方法检出限为0.1μg/L,加标回收率为86.3%~92.2%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~4.6%。通过对饮用水检测,发现所采集样品企业的水源中壬基酚浓度范围在5.97μg/L~12.40μg/L,表明其水源已受到壬基酚的污染,而盛装容器无壬基酚明显迁移,桶装水的生产环节能有效去除部分壬基酚。

건립고효액상-질보법(HPLC-MS/MS)검측음용수중임기분적방법,병대천진시통장수기업종수원、생산、저존도소비전과정중임기분적오염수평진행조사。임기분적방법검출한위0.1μg/L,가표회수솔위86.3%~92.2%,상대표준편차위3.1%~4.6%。통과대음용수검측,발현소채집양품기업적수원중임기분농도범위재5.97μg/L~12.40μg/L,표명기수원이수도임기분적오염,이성장용기무임기분명현천이,통장수적생산배절능유효거제부분임기분。
A method based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the determination of nonylphenol in water. The level of pollution of nonylphenol in water which collect from barrelled water companies in Tianjin city has been investigated and the survey link include water source , production processes, storage and consumption. Detection limit of water was 0.1μg/L, and the mean recoveries at three spiked levels were 86.3%-92.2%, with RSDs of 3.1%-4.6%. Study shows that the groundwater from barrelled water companies has been polluted by nonylphenol , and the concentration in the range of 5.97μg/L-12.40μg/L. Migration of nonylphenol from containers is not obvious. Production processes of barrelled water can effectively remove nonylphenol partly.
