根据方法SN/T 1753-2006《进出口浓缩果汁中噻菌灵、多菌灵残留量检测方法高效液相色谱法》,建立高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)测定浓缩果汁中多菌灵含量不确定度的数学模型,通过对整个测定过程中各种不确定度因素的研究,分析该测定方法不确定度的来源并对其进行评定,确定不确定度分量,合成不确定度。结果表明:当多菌灵含量为0.045 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0044 mg/kg(k=2)。其中标准溶液的配制、样品处理操作过程对测量不确定度影响较大。通过对测量不确定度的评定,为有效地控制浓缩果汁中多菌灵含量的检测质量提供可靠的理论依据。

Based on SN/T 1753-2006,a mathernatical model of uncertainty evaluation for the determination results of carbendazim in concentrated fruit juice by HPLC was established. The sources of uncertainty for the whole determination procedure were analyzed and the combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the various measurement of uncertainty. The result showed the expanded uncertainty of 0.004 4 mg/kg (k=2)with 0.045 mg/kg of the content of carbendazim was derived. The major sources of uncertainty of measurement included preparations of standard solutions , sample processing. This paper provided reliable basis to control analysis quality of carbendazim detection in concentrated fruit juice.
