采用超滤膜脱色和提纯与反渗透膜浓缩的方法,对色氨酸发酵液进行提纯处理。色氨酸发酵液的透光率由小于3%提高至82.58%;通过反渗透膜浓缩,色氨酸浓度达到24.96 g/L;提取收率为93.45%。

By using the method of ultrafiltration membrane decolorization and purification and reverse osmosis concentrated. The tryptophan fermentation liquid is purified. Transparent tryptophan fermentation liquid by the rate of less than 3 %increased to 82.58 %.Through the reverse osmosis membrane concentration , tryptophan concentrations up to 24.96 g/L.The extraction yield of 93.45%.
