为了提高课堂教学效果,针对“果蔬加工工艺学”课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出了以思维导图为工具的新型教学方法,结合备课、课堂教学、复习等关键环节,探讨了思维导图在“果蔬加工工艺学”教学中的应用。

위료제고과당교학효과,침대“과소가공공예학”과정교학중존재적주요문제,제출료이사유도도위공구적신형교학방법,결합비과、과당교학、복습등관건배절,탐토료사유도도재“과소가공공예학”교학중적응용。
In order to improve the effect of teaching,an new teaching methods in the course of“Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology”was proposed in light of the main problem for the“Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology”course. Combining the lesson preparation,classroom teaching and revision,applica?tions of mind map in the teaching of "Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology"were discussed.
