肝素封管是血液透析护理操作之一，目前关于肝素封管液的浓度缺乏一致结论。本文通过文献检索和总结，了解目前研究现状和趋势，认为应当个体化地选择肝素浓度进行封管并规范操作，才能做到既保证导管的使用寿命，又不增加出血风险。

Heparin tube sealing is one of the nursing operation in hemodialysis, but it's still lack of a consistent conclusion about the concentration of heparin sealing solution at present. By searching and summarizing literatures, this article would get to know about the currently status and tendency of studies, and considers that only choosing heparin concentration individually for tube sealing and standardizing the operation can achieve the goal that not only guarantees the service life of catheters, but also no increasing to the risk of haemorrhage.
