中风可以分为出血性中风和缺血性中风，临床多以中药治疗为主；出血性中风急性期使用中药效果不理想，严重者会引起颅内再出血。近年来，针灸治疗中风应用广泛，包括头针、体针、舌针等。本文分析针灸治疗中风的现状，探讨针灸和辨证施治对中风的价值。

중풍가이분위출혈성중풍화결혈성중풍，림상다이중약치료위주；출혈성중풍급성기사용중약효과불이상，엄중자회인기로내재출혈。근년래，침구치료중풍응용엄범，포괄두침、체침、설침등。본문분석침구치료중풍적현상，탐토침구화변증시치대중풍적개치。
Stroke can be divided into hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke, Chinese medicine is mostly used in clinical practice;however, Chinese medicine has little effect on patients with hemorrhagic stroke who are in acute phase but even causes intracranial rebleeding. In recent years, acupunc-ture is widele used in treatment for stroke, which including scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, latch needle, etc. This article would analyze the sta-tus of treating stroke by acupuncture, investigate the value of acupuncture and treatment based on syndrome differentiation to stroke.
