为了寻找适于测定苦瓜多糖含量的稳定方法,本文对苯酚硫酸法测定苦瓜多糖的条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,在苯酚硫酸法中,测定条件为1 mL 1%苦瓜多糖溶液与0.4 mL 6%苯酚、4.5 mL浓硫酸60℃显色10 min,493 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果表明,改进后的苯酚硫酸法是测定苦瓜多糖含量的一种回收率高,稳定性好的简便方法。
為瞭尋找適于測定苦瓜多糖含量的穩定方法,本文對苯酚硫痠法測定苦瓜多糖的條件進行瞭研究。實驗結果錶明,在苯酚硫痠法中,測定條件為1 mL 1%苦瓜多糖溶液與0.4 mL 6%苯酚、4.5 mL濃硫痠60℃顯色10 min,493 nm波長處測定吸光度。結果錶明,改進後的苯酚硫痠法是測定苦瓜多糖含量的一種迴收率高,穩定性好的簡便方法。

The conditions for determinating momordica charantia polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method was studied. The results showed the optimum determinating conditions were 1 mL 1%polysaccharide solution and 0.4 mL 6%phenol, 4.5 mL sulfuric acid color 10 min at 60℃, mensurating absorbance by using spectrophotometer at 493 nm. These procedures improved stability and repeatability of phenol-sulfuric acid method and were easy to operate.
