采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定贵定云雾绿茶中微量金属元素Fe,Zn,Ni,Se和Mn的含量及其溶出特性。对云雾绿茶中5种微量金属元素进行加标回收试验,加标回收率在93.67%~102.36%之间,相对标准偏差在0.57%~1.67%之间。对云雾绿茶进行不同浸泡时间和不同冲泡次数微量元素的溶出研究。实验结果表明,云雾绿茶中微量元素的溶出量呈现随浸泡时间的延长而增加的趋势,随冲泡次数的增多,云雾绿茶中的微量元素溶出量逐渐减少。方法简便,灵敏,适合常规分析。

The contents and extracting characteristic of Fe, Zn, Ni, Se and Mn in Guiding Yunwu green tea were determined by microwave slaking and flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) in this study. The recovery relation of testing method was 93.67 %-102.36 % and the relation error was 0.57 %-1.67 %. The extracting characteristics of these trace elements in different soaking time and times were analyzed. The result show that the infusing amount of the trace elements in Guiding Yunwu green tea show a increasing trend with the soaking time, but decreasing trend with the soaking times ,this method simple and sensitive is suitable for routine analysis.
