为考察烟气再循环对工业煤粉锅炉NOx 排放及炉内燃烧过程的影响,对30 t/h高效煤粉双锅筒室燃工业锅炉进行研究。采用数值模拟和试验研究,考察烟气再循环的低氮效果,分析烟气循环倍率对NOx 排放浓度的影响,并研究循环倍率对炉膛温度、排烟温度等炉况的影响规律。结果表明:循环烟气通入炉内,火焰尺寸增大,温度更加均匀,减少了NOx 的排放浓度;同时随着循环烟气的加大,排烟温度逐渐升高,蒸汽流量逐渐降低;当烟气循环倍率为20%时,NOx 减排17%。
為攷察煙氣再循環對工業煤粉鍋爐NOx 排放及爐內燃燒過程的影響,對30 t/h高效煤粉雙鍋筒室燃工業鍋爐進行研究。採用數值模擬和試驗研究,攷察煙氣再循環的低氮效果,分析煙氣循環倍率對NOx 排放濃度的影響,併研究循環倍率對爐膛溫度、排煙溫度等爐況的影響規律。結果錶明:循環煙氣通入爐內,火燄呎吋增大,溫度更加均勻,減少瞭NOx 的排放濃度;同時隨著循環煙氣的加大,排煙溫度逐漸升高,蒸汽流量逐漸降低;噹煙氣循環倍率為20%時,NOx 減排17%。

In order to investigate the impact of flue gas recycle on NOx emissions and combustion process in industrial pulverized coal boil-er,the high efficiency industrial coal boiler of 30 t/h double drum chamber combustion was researched. Through numerical simulation and experimental study,the effects of flue gas recycle process and circulating ratio on NOx emissions,furnace temperature and exhaust gas tem-perature was investigated. The results showed that the circulating flue gas increased the flame size,uniformized the temperature of boiler and decreased NOx emissions. The increased circulating flue gas decreased the steam flow and improved exhaust gas temperature gradually. When the circulating ratio was 20%,the NOx emissions decreased by 17%.
